Many times when you have trouble logging in – other than wrong login ID and password –
you can change the security settings in Internet Explorer and it will resolve your issue.
Go to tools > Internet Options. Under temporary internet files choose Settings. Click on Every visit to the page and hit ok. Back on the Internet Options tab, select the 2nd tab, Security. Click on Default Level. All instances of the browser must be closed and restarted for the changes to take effect. Reopen your browser and try logging in. If the trouble persists, contact your Company Administrator. |
